Operation & Working

The operator will accumulate the RW Rolls on the new conveyor and once ready with required quantity will transfer it to AGV. Since AGV also has an onboard conveyor, it will receive the Rolls easily. On receipt of rolls, it will automatically start its journey of delivering further

On reaching the destination, it will sense the empty rack and immediate transfer the material to it automatically, without human interference. Once empty, it will automatically travel back to its original location making it ready for its next trip.

Currently demonstrated is liner, but can run thorough curved directions and can handle weight up to 1500Kgs

Automated Guided Vehicle

Rail Guided Vehicles are time tested & is the most common used type of AGV for industrial requirements considering its operational capabilities & low maintenance features.

The AGV is rail guided and has an onboard conveyor on the top inside the Rack which is mounted on chassis. On a single GO, it can automatically transport the rack to desired location on the concealed rail laid on the surface of floor. It can be operated both with remote & manually.

Operation & Working

On arrival of truck, the back flap is opened and material is dropped on the TUC which as of now is in its collapsed state. Once dropped, the conveyor starts its operations and transfers the material on the adjacent conveyor taking the material to the desired location.

Post this operation, the scissor lift mechanism built in TUC lifts the conveyor to the desired level, the adjustable hopper adjusts to required size & the chassis of conveyor starts to travel inside truck in a vibrating mode. The material starts to accumulate inside the hopper. The conveying operation starts and draws the material from the hopper and drops on the adjacent conveyor outside, further taking it to the desired level.

2 to 2.5 Years depending on frequency of unloading trucks.

Telescopic Unloading Conveyors

A set of belt conveyors that is fixed with a horizontal sliding system that is telescopic in its function. The advantage of sliding is mainly to control length while sending it inside the truck/containers and give access to unloading difficult and time consuming material.

This TUC is specifically designed for downloading big size solid materials in rock forms to storage areas or utility reducing the transit damage of materials and saving time. It decreases damage of rocks, saves time by 50% thereby reducing damages and saving costs

It also has the reverse use of loading materials using the same principle, hence multi-tasking with other divisions. It can be operated both with remote & manually.
